We opened in Doha for people who want to know what's in the cup and where it grew. Sit in for a measured pour-over, grab an espresso on your way through Zone 3, or take a bag of beans home and brew it yourself.

Every bean we serve is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers — the way coffee was farmed long before either existed.
We buy from named farms and co-ops, rotate origins by season, and can tell you exactly where today's filter came from.
We roast in small batches to bring out each origin's character, then serve it inside its peak window — never stale, never generic.
